3. Eligibility

You shall not engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to market manipulation, insider trading, money laundering, or any violation of applicable securities laws.

4. Account Registration & Security

Account creation requires successful completion of identity verification, which may include submission of government-issued identification and valid contact information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

You must notify LAPISLINK LTD immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

5. Trading Rules & Risk Disclosures

5.1 Order Execution

LAPISLINK LTD does not guarantee the price, speed, or availability of trade execution.

Market volatility and other factors may result in discrepancies between quoted prices and actual execution prices ("slippage").

5.2 Investment Risks

Trading securities involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of all invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

The use of leveraged or derivative products may significantly increase potential losses.

5.3 System Outages

LAPISLINK LTD shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, network delays, force majeure events, or other disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

6. Fees & Payments

All applicable fees (including commissions, subscription charges, and other costs) are disclosed in the Platform’s fee schedule.

By using the Platform, you authorize LAPISLINK LTD to automatically deduct applicable fees from your linked payment method.

Any fee disputes must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the transaction date.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the Platform—including but not limited to market data, analytical tools, software, and educational materials—is the property of LAPISLINK LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Information provided on the Platform does not constitute financial advice. Users should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LAPISLINK LTD, its affiliates, or its service providers be liable for any damages exceeding the total amount of fees paid by you to LAPISLINK LTD in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time through the Platform’s account management interface.

LAPISLINK LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

Termination shall not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the termination date.

11. Privacy & Data

Your personal and financial data will be handled in accordance with the LAPISLINK LTD Privacy Policy.

LAPISLINK LTD may disclose user information to regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

12. Cooperation and Cancellation

Withdrawal of your deposited principal amount shall be deemed a termination of cooperation.

The LAPISLINK LTD team will assist in processing withdrawal requests, which shall be completed within 90 days of receipt. During this period, stock trading functionality will be suspended.

Profits from stock trading may be withdrawn at any time, subject to Platform policies.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
